How can I find the iOS (iPhone OS) firmware on my iPod, iPhone or iPad?

In order to find the firmware version of your iDevice you should:

1. Tap “Settings” on your iDevice’s main screen

2. Tap “General” from the list

3. Tap “About” from the list

4. Scroll down until you find “Firmware” on the list

5. Result: in this demo the iOS (or iPhone OS) firmware is 05.13.04. Please note that your firmware might differ so I advise you to note your iDevice’s firmware.

NOTE: on the iPad the menu is the same, but it looks bigger. Please select the same items from the menu, even if the screenshots don’t look the same.
